Community Emergency Response Team - CERT

 

 

CICS is involved with these two emergency preparedness organizations as another way to serve our community. We work together to educate and train members of the community (with medical and non medical backgrounds), on what to do in the event of an emergency. We also train for non emergency situations as well. For example, our volunteer teams were deployed during the Philadelphia Papel visit in September 2015.
